Today's Pink Warrior is in honor of Becky, who was diagnosed at 34 while pregnant with her second child after recently marrying.
Becky was able to receive treatment during her pregnancy. She learned that the cancer had spread to one lymph node, which she then found out she would have to have a lumpectomy (a common surgical procedure designed to remove a discrete lump) performed after the birth of the baby.
