did Miley move on already?

Miley Cyrus may have moved on from her ex fiance, Liam Hemsworth, already.  Sources says she left the Saturday Night Live after party early, and instead opted to hang out with Theo Wenner. 

Theo Wenner is a photographer for Rolling Stones.  Theo and Miley reportedly met at the Rolling Stone photoshoot, where he shot her cover and spread.

Is it possible to move on this quick? Will this new "relationship" bloom into something more serious?
