Rowland wore this pink embellished Balmain Fall 2013 dress for her judging
duties on X-Factor last night & actress Kate Bosworth wore the exact same
dress to the 2013 Met Gala. Kate accessorized her dress with a gold belt & black pumps. Kelly chose to wear the dress as is, paired with nude pumps. I think both ladies look nice, but Kelly killed it. She
