Another racially disrespectful fashion editorial!!

Lately I have seen many pictures that are posted by ordinary and everyday people where they paint their face and body to an outrageously obvious different color of their original skin tone to portray as if they are of a race that they are not.

The latest contender appeared in the March 2014 issue of Vogue Italia. The section was titled "Abracadabra” which shot by Steven Meisel and features model Saskia de Brauw in a series of images with her skin darkened while posing in ethnic wears.

As a minority, I find these things very offensive. Is this ok because it's "high fashion" or do you find it offensive, too?

Culturally and morally, In my opinion its wrong on so many levels. This isn't the first incident where these fashion editorials push the envelope and push buttons simultaneously, it most certainly won't be the last! The line has to be drawn somewhere.
