2013 definitely looks to be promising for Miss King Bey. Not only is she going to be performing at the XLVII Super Bowl in New Orleans which is also going to be sponsored by Pepsi. Beyonce has also signed on to be the new face of America's favorite soft drink for a staggering 50 million dollars! I'm so excited to see what the adds, memorabilia, and packaging is gonna look like. The difference is that aside from this being a global campaign, it's also a partnership which will give Bey a lot of control as far as visuals, ideas, commercials and direction of the project. We all know Beyonce can get very creative so I have no doubt that I'm gonna be blown away and borderline infatuated with "all things Pepsi". So as early as next year we can expect to see Sasha Fierce on that beautiful blue can. And aside from these two exciting ventures she's also working on music and has been working with The Dream so we can expect to hear new tunes from the international pop icon as early as the end of January.
Lets also not forget as our fellow blogger (and Beyonce die hard fanatic) @fabandfearless mentioned in a previous post that HBO is also partnering with Bey on a documentary that's based around her new life as a mother, a wife, and a business woman. She will also be directing the documentary so I'm sure that's gonna be a real treat! So mark your calendars February 3rd, and February 16th and welcome the Year of The Bey with open arms!
