Not so SCANDAL[ous]

America's favorite side chick got hitched recently!

Last month, Kerry Washington secretly married NFL star Nnamdi Asomugha (hope she keeps her last name).

Nnamdi plays Cornerback for the San Francisco 49ers and was drafted in the first round during the 2003 NFL draft, to the Oakland Raiders.

At first sight of Nnamdi, I was pleased to see that he is of Kerry's... umm, how do you say... color! Again, just off speculation, I would think Kerry's preference would be more of the Caucasian assortment. *no shade*

I don't know about anyone else but I never saw this coming. Not sure if I were too fixed on her role as Olivia Pope or if... yeah, that's it! But obviously Miss  Mrs. Washington has a life of her own, chile.

P.S. How much longer before the next season of Scandal? Eek!

In other news, Wiz and Amber have also wed recently. The wedding is said to be this Fall -- for anyone who cares. *proceeds to finger comb hair*

Being Mary Jane

 I don't know if you were able to tune in, but if you didn't I'm sure you have heard all about the trailer premiere for BET's new hit Sitcom "Being Mary Jane". 

BET pulled out all the stops for this one... FINALLY. With an all-star cast Starring Gabrielle Union, Omari Hardwick and Lisa Vidal, super steamy sex scenes, and a very relate-able story line. I think we might just have some TV worth watching come January 2014! (Yes, too far a wait if you ask me, but I'll take it.) 

"Mary Jane Paul has it all: she’s a successful TV news anchor, entirely self-sufficient – an all-around powerhouse who remains devoted to a family that doesn't share her motivation. The series is produced by Mara Brock Akil, who produced BET's most successful series ever, The Game. Hopefully BET can pull though with another WIN with "Being Mary Jane" After last night's teaser I think I will be a fan of the show. I can't find any complaints.

Rihanna at Chanel Haute Couture Fashion Show

    

     Bright & early this morning, without getting any sleep last night, Rihanna attended Chanel’s Haute Couture Fall-Winter 2013-14 launch in Paris. The Bajan beauty turned heads as she sat front row wearing a provocative floor-length, oversized shirtdress that showed off plenty of skin. She wore an arrangement of statement pearls over the barely buttoned dress, with a cream Chanel handbag in tow, along with matching Chanel heels with black detailing.

     Leave it to Rih Rih to push the envelope with something so simple yet so risqué. Only she can pull off a look like this & look absolutely stunning! What do you guys think of Rihanna’s fashion show look?
